Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order before it ships and receive a refund for the full amount. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Returns & Replacement

Your satisfaction is important to us. While our jewellery is made to order and all sales are generally final, we will happily arrange a resolution in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • The wrong product was sent.

Guidelines:

  • Please contact us within 5 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
  • Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

3. Refunds

We stand by the quality of our pieces. Our refund/credit process is as follows:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is confirmed defective, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose a replacement or store credit if you prefer.
  • Other Approved Cases: In rare, exceptional cases where a return is approved for reasons other than defect, we will issue Store Credit (valid for 2 months).


4. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Milasa will arrange a free reverse pickup and send your replacement at no extra cost.
  • For any other return cases that we approve (rare and exceptional), the customer will bear the reverse pickup and re-shipping charges.


5. Resolution Process

Once we receive your request:

  1. We’ll review it and respond within 24–48 business hours.
  2. If approved for a replacement, we’ll ship it at no extra cost within 2–5 days after the original item is picked up.
  3. If approved for a refund, we’ll process it back to your original payment method within 2-5 business days and may schedule a pickup of the original item delivered to you. 

6. What’s Not Covered

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind reported after 5 days of delivery
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
  • Items not returned in their original condition and packaging
