Orders can be canceled till the time they have been shipped. Cancellation is not allowed after the order has been shipped.
Refunds and Returns
At Milasa Jewellery, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is defective or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. You can reach out via the WhatsApp button on our site or email us at milasajewelry@gmail.com. Be sure to include details about the product and the issue, along with clear photos or videos as proof of the damage. We require a proper unboxing video taken at the time of delivery to support your claim.
Once we receive your request, we'll review it and let you know within 48 business hours if you qualify for a refund or replacement. If approved for a refund, we’ll process it and credit your original payment method within 7 days. If approved for a replacement, we'll send it to you at no additional cost within 14 days.
Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds or replacements for other reasons, such as a change of mind, incorrect size, or color mismatch. All sales are final and non-refundable.
