Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order before it ships and receive store credit for the full amount. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Returns & Store Credit

Your satisfaction is important to us.
While our jewellery is made to order and all sales are generally final, we will happily arrange a replacement or refund in these cases:

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival
  • The wrong product was sent

Guidelines:

  • If your order meets the above criteria, please contact us within 5 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
  • Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • For faster processing, we recommend (but do not require) a short unboxing video taken at the time of delivery.
  • Store credit only, valid for 2 months from issuance and replacement is available only if stock is available.

3. Refunds

  • Cash refunds are not provided except in rare, exceptional cases

  • Approved claims are resolved via store credit or replacement if stock allows.


3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Milasa will arrange a free reverse pickup and send your replacement at no extra cost.
  • For any other return cases that we approve (rare and exceptional), the customer will bear the reverse pickup and re-shipping charges.


4. Resolution Process

Once we receive your request:

  1. We’ll review it and respond within 24–48 business hours.
  2. If approved for a replacement, we’ll ship it at no extra cost within 2–5 days.
  3. If approved for a refund, we’ll process it back to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.


5. What’s Not Covered

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind reported after 5 days of delivery
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or wear and tear after delivery
  • Items not returned in original condition and packaging
